In my life, I have many passions. I really enjoy helping others learn and grow. I can’t seem to stop learning about history. I love to do photography. I have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and I enjoy thinking strategically and coming up with big ideas. I can be quite a perfectionist at times when it comes to my work.
I love my cat, Chauncey. He’s a Russian Blue, and I’ve had him since 2008, and he’s quite the beast.

I’m a 24 year-old fellow living with my girlfriend Carolyn in Minneapolis, MN. I was born and raised here, and I’m happy to be back after a five-year stint of living in Milwaukee, WI while obtaining a BBA in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
I have quite an eclectic taste in music, ranging from classical piano to noise rock. I’m a huge Dylan fan, and I rarely go anywhere without my iPod. I’m a bit of a car nut, and I dream of turning my ’91 BMW 318is into an SCCA-prepped car so I can go racing on the weekends.
I love to travel, and I love meeting interesting people in the dive bars of the world.
I’m incredibly passionate about search marketing – the dynamism of the industry is quite intriguing. I can’t even begin to think of another field that challenges me as much as search. There are so many elements of the work that I do, and I love that it’s a new challenge every time. From on-page SEO to social media, I do it all.
Areas of search marketing that I’m especially interested in are Local SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization, but I truly enjoy it all. Local SEO can be such a challenge at times – hunting around for NAP inconsistencies and figuring out how to solve them is my cup of tea. Watching citations you’ve built, and inconsistencies you’ve corrected come together to explode the visibility of a listing is a great sight to behold.
CRO is quite a challenge as well, and I love testing various improvements to help a site’s visitors convert better. I enjoy diving deep in to Google Analytics, and identifying areas for continual improvement based on a blend of data, best practices, and my ability to think as a customer.
To sum it up, I love to make clients happy. Impacting their bottom line and providing positive ROI gets me out of bed in the morning.
